We, SeonGallery, are committed to offering you, our customer, the best service and we want you to enjoy every item you purchase.  We will continue to update our inventory along with the policies on an ongoing basis  to better serve you, our customers.

What if I want a specific painting to be created on a selected gift item like a mug, greeting card, pillow, etc...other than what is shown?
Let us know, we will be happy to work with you on creating your special customized gift.

Can item(s) be returned?
Our return policy is applicable to all orders for 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

What happens once I ship my return items(s)?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.   The return amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

What if the return has not been processed but I sent my items(s) back?
If you have sent your item back and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay for shipping when returning?
We will provide a return label in every shipment but when you choose a mail carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) you will have to pay for the shipping costs.
